When I first glanced at the article below, the first thought that came to my mind was, "What business does former president of Mexico, Ernesto Zedillo, have criticizing the U.S. for its fiscal policies." Mexico is certainly no model to follow (although with the current fascist policies in Washington, it is not so far from our current policies.) He does make a good point, speaking at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland; when he spoke of how poorer countries will be shut out of the capital markets.
These so called economic forums are nothing but meetings of socialist elitists, which include the U.S. now, that do nothing but come up with more schemes to take more control of peoples lives and livelihoods. They reject true economic liberty, because they are not truly about expanding the pie and allowing people to rise higher from whatever economic status they may be in. It is all about expanding the role of government. So now, in the perspective of their socialist world view of a constant or shrinking pie, the world government elites are worried that the pie is going to be divided up more towards the United States with the huge increase of government spending that just got passed.
This spending bill that Congress and the President just put into law is nothing but an accelerator of government spending and increased regulation. It is only the first fruits of a fascist agenda. Michael Ledeen had an excellent article at the link below on just what "fascism" means and why that is an accurate term for the current state of affairs in Washington.
It is very disconcerting to know that all this government spending is nothing but short term payoffs to socialist interest groups, but will straddle the next generations with a huge economic burden and drag on real economic growth that creates new opportunities. How ironic is it that the party that says it is all for the youth is in the process of committing economic child abuse? It is sickening. All these dollars from hard working Americans will be squandered in an instant as political payoffs.
The nerve of John Kerry the other day saying that we are too stupid to know how to spend and invest our own money.
It will be imperative at this time for bloggers for liberty to post the words of these Marxist throughout the internet and any other outlet. Let them hang by their own words. Perhaps some of the drones of our society will come to find out what these miscreants in Washington really think of them. As a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ, I see people with all kinds of struggles trying to raise their families. I pray for provision for my church to meet the needs of our people. And then I hear things like 30 million dollars going to protect field mice in San Franscisco. Those are hard earned dollars from real people, and the politicians have no compunction in how they allocate all these funds. It is sad.
One last thing, what is the point of all the machinations of the Congress when in the end they get a bill that no one reads and they pass it with no real debate? How many things that were taken out in the process, just get reinserted at final passage? These Marxists cannot stand Constitutional government. It gets in the way of their agenda. Which is why our President has said the Constiution that he swore to was deeply flawed.
