Senator Arlen Specter, I am so proud of you. For once in your Senate career, you have done the honest thing. Thank you for departing the Republican Party and joining with your fellow liberals in the Democratic Party. It is with much chagrin that I have witnessed the Republican Party kowtow to you time after time just to keep you in as Senator of Pennsylvania. And time after time you have stuck a knife in the back of the very ones who helped you stay in power. Quite frankly, you  have been a great hindrance to making positive, conservative changes in our country. Thank you for finally following your heart.

The Republican Party has its founding in conservative principles. Many would like to start a third party, but quite frankly, the party will be fine if it stands on the principles that gave it appeal. There is a party for those who are promoting more and more government intervention into the lives of Americans. It is the Democratic Party. The Republican Party must return itself to true conservatism if it hopes to have a hand in the future of this nation.

So I encourage other Senators to do the right thing and join the cause for Marxism. Olympia Snowe, go ahead and run into the arms of Harry Reid. He will take you in and bring you the acceptance that you need. Susan Collins, we love you, but you know a statesman like Senator Jim Demint really gives you the creeps. You need comforted with those that don't take things like the Constitution so seriously. The Democrats are there for you Susan. John McCain, go ahead and follow your heart as well. Its been great getting stabbed in the back so many times by you. There is another name for that, and it is not "Maverick." Take your "bipartisanship" and your threatenings and cozy up with the ones you really feel kindred to.

I encourage conservatives and liberals alike to let these Senators know that they would be welcomed with open arms in the Democratic Party. One that is not on the list is Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina. He should move on with John McCain.

Once again, thank you Senator Specter. Finally, you do something that I agree with. May the Democratic Party benefit mightily from your great "leadership," just as the Republicans have.

Compassionate Stupidity

I've just arrived at a new moniker for the socialist agenda that is being ramrodded through the Congress at the behest of President Obama--COMPASSIONATE STUPIDITY. These liberals like to come off as if they have a monopoly on thought and reason, and yet they push the most absurd policies in terms of their net affect on society. True reasoning involves making decisions based on proven results and substantiated facts, and understanding cause and affect. I listen to such highly esteemed "intellectuals" like Al Gore, and all I can think of is a four letter word--DORK! His "settled science" is so solid that the Democrats wouldn't dare let a witness to the contrary testify in  their glo-bull warming hearings in the House the other day. The current march towards a command and control economy is motivated only by the desire for control and the stripping of individual rights. We are headed to a time where we will all be with stupid, thus I have created my latest line of apparel. It will go well with my Barack-O-Wipes.

This is a recent word from my church, Crown & Glory Bible Center in Wadesboro, NC. It begins with a word given to our church by Pastor Carla Rodenberger. Elder Jackie Gibbs is the emcee for the evening. Then the main word of the evening is delivered by none other than Good Al aka Elder Jonathan Alligood. It was interesting how God worked this particular evening because the word that the Lord gave me was right along the lines of what Pastor Carla was led to spontaneously speak at the beginning of the service.

Kudos also to former President George Bush. Thank you, Mr. Bush for getting the ball rolling for government domination of our financial institutions and manufacturing base by pushing for all the bailouts and increased powers to the Federal Reserve right before you left. America will literally always be indebted to you and the "political class" of our time. Keep up the great work President Obama. We all hope you succeed. NOT! (not in your present modus operandi. May you be saved by the only name by which men can be saved--Jesus.)
 
Who are the real beneficiaries of government gone amuck? No wonder all those in the political class were in such a hurry to pass TARP and all the rest of it. Americans should be outraged. These things are being carried out without due process of Constitutional law. Our Constitutional system depends on those who swear an oath to uphold the Constitution to do so. At this moment in our nations history, where are the true statesmen? Where are those who truly stand for truth? In this present age our country is led by nothing but liars, which means there is no true leadership at all. They lie to get elected, and they lie as they say the oath of office. True wisdom comes from God. The stage is set for the only true answer--Jesus Christ. Friends, I encourage you to seek the Lord and His Word. Only through Him will you truly have peace. Only through him will we see the true leaders arise with Godly wisdom. You see, as bad as the world looks, things are getting brighter in the Kingdom of God. This is the third day, or third millenium, from the day Jesus' body died on that cross. Well, he said tear this temple down (meaning his body) and on the third day he will raise it up. He did so with his physical body, and he is doing so now with the multi-membered body of Christ. This is the Day that the Lord has made. This is That Day that David spoke of. Seek the Lord and allow Him to plant you in a church this day. Seek Him first and he will add to you all that you need. Seek His will for your life, and you may be The One that brings true change to someone elses life or multitudes of lives. Know that God is and he is a rewarder of those that diligently seek after him. All else is sinking sand. Thank you, Jesus.

I suppose now that the Marxists of the Democratic Party are in power, they just take President Obama's fascist comments and actions towards bank CEO's and other corporate leaders as cute and gutsy. Where is all the outcry about the "imperial Presidency" that we heard from the left while George W. Bush was in the White House?  It is reported today that the following conversation in regards to the salaries of banking executives occurred in a meeting of bank CEO's and President Obama.

“These are complicated companies,” one CEO said. Offered another: “We’re competing for talent on an international market.”

But President Barack Obama wasn’t in a mood to hear them out. He stopped the conversation and offered a blunt reminder of the public’s reaction to such explanations. “Be careful how you make those statements, gentlemen. The public isn’t buying that.”

“My administration,” the president added, “is the only thing between you and the pitchforks.”

Who is President Obama that he should even have a conversation in regards to the internal affairs of any business? Then again, he just forced the head of General Motors out the door and is pressuring GM and Chrysler in terms of the types of changes they are to make within their corporations. This is insane and will lead to the complete demise of the U.S. auto industry (another ulterior motive since these Marxists desire to degrade Americans' standard of living). The industry will be pressured to build cars that no one wants and no one will buy, while continuing to payout on union contracts that they can not possibly fulfill without more government money. Hopefully, American business is waking up to the dangers of receiving government bailouts. These are takings, not bailouts. As Milton Friedman would say, there is no such thing as a free lunch. You take government money with all of its strings and tentacles, and with this administration and Congress, the motives behind such "aid" will always be ulterior.

Obama wants to stoke up the flames of class envy, which is to be expected from a disciple of Karl Marx and Saul Alinsky, by hammering on the executive salaries in the banking industry. Well, Americans better think twice if they want to continue down this road of a command controlled economy. Could it possibly be that some of these highly paid executives actually have worked hard and excelled in their field. Could it be that they have the acumen to make huge financial decisions that someone such as I, who has never pursued such a career, probably does not have? Socialist may find Obama's kind of talk cute, but I find it very troubling. It would be troubling to me whether it were spoken by Obama or even Ronald Reagan. Of course the thing about Marxists is that they adhere to the policy of do what I say and ignore what I and my minions do. This is the President who signed a high dollar book contract before taking the oath of office. This is the President that made millions from books of drivel, not to mention the exponential increase in income brought in by Michelle Obama as her husband ascended the political ladder. Take a look at the Obama's charitable giving and you will see what hypocrites these people are. They and their sycophants are the "anointed" and are not to be subject to the scrutiny that they so whimsically apply to whomever they happen to dislike on any given day.
 
The type of attitude displayed by Obama is very reminiscent of a crime boss. It is so disheartening to see American CEO's kissing the ring of the "Messiah." Obama may be taking a few pointers from Vladimir Putin, who has all of Russia's major industries in his back pocket. Russian president Dmitry Medvedev just hailed Obama as his "new comrade" the other day.
 
President Obama is about to open relations with every one of the United States' sworn enemies. I will not be surprised to see him have a symbolic meeting of "unity" with Fidel Castro before the old commie kicks the bucket. His rhetoric certainly is right in line with the Castro and Hugo Chavez camp.
